This past Friday, I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening party of The Museum of Ice Cream here in San Francisco. Shout out to the brand new DryBar Walnut Creek for doing my hair for the event!

Since I knew the museum itself was going to be very pink and colorful, I wanted to go with a pretty neutral outfit. And let’s get real, I enjoy wearing all black. I did want to add something fun to the outfit, so I brought this adorable fall floral Ivanka Trump bag from Zappos. It’s the perfect size, and I love the floral pattern for fall. It completed my look, and I got so many compliments on it! Her new pieces for fall are amazing, I also have my eye on this scalloped bag — Emily definitely needs it.
I was a little nervous about bringing my boyfriend to this girly pink place, but we had so much fun. I highly suggest scoring a ticket to the Museum of Ice Cream. It truly is an Instagram dream come true, each room was themed and it was SO well done. The entire staff was so upbeat, and everyone was just in the best moods. There was definitely a point where the sugar high hit, and we were all like, “whoa we need to slow down on the pop rocks.” The pop rocks and the sprinkle pool were definitely a highlight.
American Express threw the after party, and there was a wall of pretzels and lobster rolls, YUM. It was so much fun to hang out with Ariana Lauren and all of my SF blogger babes. Since I decided to go to Croatia instead of NYFW, I was craving some girl time, and wanted to live vicariously through all of their trips!
If you are looking for the perfect Instagram shot, I definitely recommend scoring tickets to The Museum of Ice Cream!
