I take my daily supplements seriously. It’s so hard to keep track of what kinds of vitamins and whatnot I’m getting via my diet, so taking a specific set of daily supplements is much more surefire! Today I’m sharing all the supplements I take and why, and a few discount codes so you can order some yourself and save money on your health! Please note: I am not a doctor, and started this regimen after a full blood panel done by my general practitioner! I highly recommend getting your levels tested by your doc!

Ashley’s Daily Supplements
Seed Probiotic
My probiotic by Seed may be the most important supplement I take every day. Did you know that most of your body’s serotonin (the hormone that is in charge of your mood, well-being, and happiness) is made in your gut?! I knew taking a daily probiotic was important, but learning this bit of information changed the game for me. I love Seed’s Probiotic so much, and you can save 15% on your order with code ASHANDEM and start managing your gut and your happiness better ASAP.
Ritual
I love Ritual for a daily multivitamin. I was taking the regular one for a long time before getting pregnant with Baby Joe and have been taking the prenatal ever since! They have a postnatal, too, which feels super-inclusive of them to provide. For their regular multivitamin, they have options for 18+ year olds and 50+ year olds because our body’s supplement needs are different at different ages! Use code 10ASHANDEM for 10% off. They even have men and kids!
Fish Oil
Fish oil does so much for your joints, heart, brian, sight—you name it, Fish oil betters it! I take this variety with Omega3 every single day, and I love this exact brand because you don’t suffer any nasty fish burps that sometimes come along with taking fish oil. (Gross). I had some unexplained inflammation pop up in my blood panel, and so my doc recommended I supplement!
D3 K2
So we know that Vitamin D is important for your immune system, but did you know that Vitamin D + the vitamin K2 only maximizes those benefits? This particular formula promotes a healthy heart and works hard to support your bones! Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which is great for you, and K2 directs that calcium to where it needs to go—i.e. your bones! I’ve been taking this supplement for a while now and love it! My Vitamin D levels were super low when I first got my bloodwork done, but by the time I was pregnant and had been on this for a while, my OB was very impressed with my levels!
Zinc
Speaking of immune system wellness, Zinc is vital! I take it every day and haven’t missed a day since the pandemic started last year. I always want my immune system to be one step ahead nowadays, especially because getting sick as a mom is the literal worst. And with Baby Joe starting school soon, while having a newborn at home, I am trying to be super careful and prepared!
Holi Mane
I swear by Holi Mane for my hair and nail growth! It’s packed full of collagen to promote, well, everything! Collagen + pearl powder work to rectify dull, fragile hair, fine lines and wrinkles, dehydrated skin, uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation, brittle nails, hair shedding—and that’s just the tip of the iceberg! Note: it takes three months to see results but it is SO worth the wait.
Equilibria
You guys know that Em and I can’t go a day without our Equilibria CBD supplement. It’s done wonders for both of us in terms of combating anxiety, staying calm, and thinking clearly. Equilibria is premium CBD oil, too. You can read about the basics of CBD and what it is/does here! I can’t recommend this product enough, and you can use code ASHANDEM for a discount! (Note: I do not take this while pregnant – always consult your doc).
Chlorophyll
I heard this helps make a very healthy placenta, so I have been drinking it every day! It basically has no taste and is easy just to add into a cup of water. I use this water to take my other vitamins so I don’t forget!
Natural Calm
I drink this before bed and it really helps me calm down and relax. It’s also supposed to help with those awful leg cramps I get and the pregnancy twitchy eye – so weird! But both have been better since I’ve started regularly on this.
