Let’s real talk for a second here. I have never been more tired or drained than I am this week.
David is teething, William is having night terrors, I have been stressed with work – and all in all – no one in our home is sleeping. That being said, I continually find myself reaching for this amazing cozy cream cardigan.
I reach for it in the morning on my way to work, I reach for it every afternoon when we head to family activities (IE: swim lessons, or the park) and I even find myself reaching for it when I get ready to head to bed. I usually blog in bed from 8-9:30pm, and I love being able to cuddle up in this every night. This is pretty embarrassing, but I wear it SO much that William has started asking if HE can wear the “momma sweater”. hahaha … I know. :/ Mortifying.
Anyhow, not only is it seriously THE most comfortable sweater in the world, but I think it looks amazing as well. I love bigger baggier clothing, and I love the layered look that I can achieve so easily with it. What’s more, this cozy cream cardigan is quite possibly THE most versatile piece of clothing I own. You can seriously wear it with everything.
Sizing notes: This sweater tends to run a little bit large… and I am wearing a size small in these photos.
Also – can we talk about these amazing grey booties? I bought them last year, but they are still available, and I find myself wearing them constantly. They’re not too high – which is perfect for chasing around the kiddos – and they are the best neutral color grey. They match perfectly with my cuyana bag that you see in these photos – seriously they’re a match made in heaven.
I know I usually post dresses and more “fashion-y” outfits, but once in a while it’s nice to keep it real, let you know what is really going on in my world, and post the outfits that are getting me through. 🙂 If you all have any “night terror” advice – send it on over. We are on week 3 of this, and my husband and I are quite literally going nuts. I’ve never thought of hiring a night nurse… but I just may have to… for my 2.5 year old. Gah!
