I can hardly believe I’m writing this, but it’s almost time to switch into holiday shopping mode! This year has both flown by and gone so slowly. :/ So while I can’t believe it’s time to start thinking about Christmas gifts, I can at the same time! That being said, I thought t was the perfect time to talk about early gift ideas for the man in your life.
I can tell you one thing—I’m definitely going to be relying on Walmart for a good amount of my holiday shopping this season. They have such an array of gifts that cover everyone from the fashionista in your life to the sporty husband who’s working on his dad bod, AKA Joe!
Because Joe has expressed wanting to get back into shape for Baby #4 and because I believe in early Christmas presents, I surprised him with a pair of Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells and a Theragun, both from Walmart! The Bowflex dumbbells are incredible and do away with the need to have 15 sets of dumbbells at the house (especially since dumbbells are so hard to find in general this year with everyone working out from home!). They each go all the way up to 50 pounds of weight and are simple to adjust in the moment, so no big workout lulls are necessary.
The mini Theragun is AMAZING! I figured Joe would be experiencing some serious soreness from getting back into his routine, so this was a no-brainer. The Theragun is a handheld piece of equipment and offers a deep tissue massage right at home, and because it’s a mini, it’s easily transported to the gym, office, while you travel, etc. You can use it on yourself, or if you’re a really nice wife like me, you can offer to Theragun your hubby’s back!
Some other really good Walmart gift ideas I have my eye on in terms of husbands and sporty men is this bench and squat rack. It’s so reasonably priced and I know Joe would love to have this at his dispense at home. I also think we may need to reup on our basketball collection with a shiny new Wilson game basketball! The Joes are coaching William’s basketball team this fall/winter and we always need a new game ball around the house. And of course, a nice set of Titleist golf balls is never a bad idea. Seriously, there are so many great gifting options at Walmart, and I know that by shopping there this holiday season it’ll save me time, money, and effort, which is all you can really ask for! Also – the best part about shopping at Walmart is that it is super convenient. They have fast, free shipping and I love that you have the option to order online and pickup in store if you’re in a quick gift pinch!
