Truth be told, I have never been a huge overall fan.
Until now.
The overalls of my childhood were oversized, clunky, and super uncomfortable. But now, the cut, the fit and the look of overalls are all totally different. They’re slim cut, super flattering, and these maternity overalls you see in the photos – from Motherhood Maternity at Macy’s – are some of the most comfortable jeans I own.
I was obsessed with them the minute I put them on. They have the most discreet little stretchy panel on the side that accommodates for a growing belly. But it’s not super noticeable as well, which I love. I also adore the fact that they have belt loops. How cute would a Gucci belt look with these? What’s more- I also love the unfinished hemline. I think it gives them a little something extra. For these early spring days, I’ll wear them as I have here. With my favorite long-sleeve maternity tee – from A Pea in the Pod at Macy’s – and some matching strappy sandals. You can check out some other amazing plan black tees >>> here. As the months go on, I’ll pair them with some of my favorite maternity short sleeve tees, and flip flops.
For all my pregnant mommas out there, if you didn’t know, Macy’s has an amazing selection of maternity wear – specifically from Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod. I love knowing that I have the comfort of shopping at Macy’s – with amazing returns and fantastic customer service – while also knowing that they carry two of my all-time favorite maternity brands. There’s nothing better than that.
I am wearing a size M overalls in the photos, but I definitely should have ordered the smalls. They have a good deal of stretch, and although I think they will fit fine in my last month of pregnancy, for the rest of it, I definitely could have taken the smalls. In the longsleeve tee by A Pea in the Pod I am wearing a size small.
What’s more… check out the amazing dress I picked up as well from Motherhood Maternity at Macy’s >>> here. It’s perfect for Easter!
