Her product is just so well made, always makes me feel beautiful, and is always readily available at Nordstrom! However, this is a post dedicated to all my New Year beauty routine favorites, so let’s dive in because I have some new products I’m loving I can’t wait to share with you guys.
New Year Beauty Routine with Nordstrom
Eye Palette
I’ve been obsessing over this amazing Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette lately. It’s her Hollywood Flawless Eye Filter Luxury Palette and is a limited-edition, four-step eyeshadow quad and comes in two color schemes: Diva Light and Star Aura. I have the Star Aura and love how easy she makes it to nail my eyes every time!
Flawless Filter
Em influenced me to buy this, and I have used it every day since! It’s a totally customizable, multipurpose primer/highlighter that works to boost your complexion. It’s super buildable and blendable and provides the dewiest finish for such a fresh look. 10/10 recommend! I am shade 5 and Emily is shade 3.
Bronzer
Because we lose our tans in the winter (for the most part), I’m always looking for the best, most natural-looking bronzer and this takes the cake. I have it in the 3 Tan shade, and it’s the perfect bit of warmth to bring my face to life!
Beauty Light Wand Highlighter
This isn’t just any highlight wand—it’s a magic wand. Somehow, Charlotte Tilbury figured out how to both contour and highlight your face in one product, and it’s amazing! Apply it as you would your regular highlight and prepared to be amazed by your own beauty. It blurs imperfections and isn’t glittery at all!
Setting Spray
This stuff is amazing and lasts all day long (16 hours to be exact!). It doesn’t melt, fade, or set into creases or lines. I don’t feel 100% ready for the day until I spray this on!
Collagen Lip Bath
What more could you ask for than a juicy lip gloss with a gorgeous color and added marine collagen to pump your lips up?! I love this product so much and have it in the Rosy Glow shade.
Cheek to Chic blush
This is a two-step blush situation, and the end result is gorgeous. I have it in the Pillow Talk Intense shade for even more color, and simply apply the outer shade to my cheekbones and the inner shade to the apples of my cheeks to accomplish the perfect blush look.
Travel Sanitizer
Chic hand sanitizer in 2021? Yes please! I love the scent of this Noshinku hand sanitizer and how easily it fits in a purse or suitcase for travel. Plus, the scents are way more elevated than your typical hand sanitizer: Bergamot and Lavender?! So good.
Aesop Soap
Aesop products never get old. They not only look gorgeous in any kitchen and bathroom, but they smell so incredible, too. I love my Reverence Aromatique Hand Wash from them and restock frequently.
The Nue Prebiotic
Anyone else insanely bloated from the holidays (still!)? For what it’s worth, my trainer recommended I grab a bottle of these pre and probiotics to attack the bloat. You take two daily, AM or PM, and it’s been proven to improve everything from weight and mood to skin!
Aerin Perfume
My MIL gifted me this Aerin perfume for Christmas, and it’s so gorgeous. The scent notes of honeysuckle and grapefruit are just sweet enough and transport me out of winter and to a much warmer, exotic place.
CC Cream
CC Cream for life! I’m not sure I’ll ever give up my CC Cream; it’s just so perfect. It’s color-correcting (what the CC stands for!), and doubles as a both a full coverage foundation and anti-aging serum. I wear shade medium, and it’s simply the best.
Love, don’t be shy
I read this article about how good Rihanna smells (title of the article is The Entire World Thinks Rihanna Smells Like Heaven) and I knew I just had to find out for myself – so I ordered this immediately. I wasn’t sure what to expect – but it exceeded any expectations. It is SUCH a good smell. And so different – I love super sweet & darker scents (think Tom Ford Black Orchid or the original Prada) – and the hint of marshmallow in this is everything of the sort.
Riki Light
This light up makeup mirror is SO GOOD. The light is amazing. It also comes with a magnifying mirror & a phone attachment so you can film a tutorial, pluck your brows, or get that perfect makeup application. I love that there are different brightnesses. It also has a Bluetooth feature that will snap your selfies in the most premium light ever. The stand folds totally flat so it’s great for travel too!
