This Whole 30 went by quicker than most! I can’t believe it’s over. I kept things super simple this time around which made it way easier to stay on track, but the downside of that is that it was kind of boring. But, I feel amazing and I definitely want to keep up with eating all my favorite healthy foods. I am traveling most of February, so it will be even more important to stay on track!
