My heart is so full as I write this post. Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting my very own class at Barry’s Bootcamp San Francisco. You guys know how much this place means to me, but to have the studio completely full with people that I love just took it to a whole new level. Normally I know one or two people in each class I attend, so to look around and recognize every single face meant so much to me! It’s so crazy to see how far I have come since this post, but my love for Barry’s has only grown.

I wanted to host this class to create a safe space for people who were always too intimidated to try Barry’s. To see the people I love doing something they didn’t think they could do was everything to me! Led by my dear friend, and favorite Barry’s instructor, Alvin Holden, everyone finally got to experience the root of my obsession. The music was amazing (extra ratchet by request) and the energy was insane!
I was so proud of all the first timers and everyone who pushed themselves to do something that they never thought they could do. Everyone left there feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.
None of this would have been possible without Adam Shane, the man behind Barry’s San Francisco. He has supported not only this blog, but also me and my goals since day one. I can’t imagine my life without him.
