It is a rule of fashion that every woman needs a “go to” little black dress in her closet… IE: the perfect dress that you can throw on for any special occasion and feel like a million bucks. I definitely have my fair share of LBDs and I love them. They all remind me of special times and moments I’ve had while wearing them. However, what my closet was lacking… until I bought this Lanston number… was the LCD…. and no, I’m not talking about televisions. 

I’m talking about the Little Comfy Dress.

It should be no surprise to anyone that I love dresses. Like LOVE LOVE LOVE. They are just so easy. However, I usually gravitate towards dressier dresses. But after I had William, I quickly realized that I was in need of a couple more casual dresses. Dresses that would allow me to go grocery shopping, or lounge on  the couch with Henry, or even roll around in the grass playing “Super Man” with William (can you believe what a little chunker he is in these photos?!?… gahh I just love him). Anyhow, this Lanston dress is now one of my favorites – I wear it all the time.

Joe and I are traveling to San Diego this weekend for Joe’s cousin’s wedding and I’m so excited to wear this on the plane. I like to be comfortable and look put together while traveling, and simply put, this dress does all that and more. That being said – if any mommas out there have great tips for traveling with infants, I’m all ears! I’m a little bit nervous, but so excited to see our family, so any ideas or tricks you have are much appreciated. I’ll be sure to let you know how it goes next week!
