Easy Street Tunic
This has been a favorite of mine for a while now. It’s comfortable, cute, and so easy to throw on with jeans or leggings during the fall and winter. It definitely runs large since it’s supposed to sit oversized, so order accordingly!
Turtleneck Bodysuit
This turtleneck bodysuit is one of the sexiest fall staple pieces I own! No, really. It’s form-fitting, has a thong back, and looks incredible under jeans with a pair of sassy heels. Everyone needs this in their fall arsenal! I promise you’ll get your money’s worth within the first month!
Perfect Fitting Jeans
Good American jeans are just the absolute best. During the fall, I practically live in jeans and these Always Fits from Good American live up to their name! Finding the perfect fitting jeans is everyone’s lifelong goal, and these are it. They’re available in four different blue washes so you can’t go wrong!
Lace-Up Boots
Lace up boots are going to be all the rage this fall, so get your pair now! I love these by Sam Edelman. They’re called the Lex Boot and are the quintessential lace up boot for fall. While I love the OG tan/sesame color, they’re available in a black leather, a gorgeous sage green, or a white leather! So comfortable and look good with literally anything.
Lightweight Sweater for Layering
The transition from late summer into fall is slow at first, so a lightweight, open front cardigan is the perfect accessory to keep on hand for layering! I love this one from Nordstrom. It comes in four different colors, all of which are perfect for fall, too. This is an easy cardigan to keep in the car or even fold up in your handbag so you’re not chilly when temperatures drop at night!
Classic Sneakers
You can’t go into fall without a pair of classic white designer sneakers, and Golden Goose is always a great choice. I love the low top Super-stars, especially this pair with the gold accents. They’re versatile and will look good with jeans, leggings, dresses, etc!
Leather Leggings
I can confidently say there will never be a fall/winter season in which I don’t wear my Spanx faux leather leggings. I’ve had them for years, and sometimes can’t believe that not every other woman I know owns a pair, too! They are the perfect fit, thickness, and are so easy to wear with a comfy, oversized sweater. Probably the most versatile piece of clothing I own!
Perfect Tee
This was a top seller for me last season. Actually, it was a top seller in general because Nordstrom never got rid of it! It’s simply the perfect long sleeve, extra long cotton top for fall. It covers your booty and so easily fits under jean jackets, coats, etc!
Shirt Jacket
Is it even fall if you don’t have a shacket?! I love this option from Free People. The ivory pattern provides a neutral piece that can be worn with practically any color. So cute!
Leather Jacket
If I could send each of you this BLANKNYC faux leather moto jacket, I would—it’s that perfect, and Nordstrom has carried it for years because of how perfect it is. Plus, it’s under $100! UNHEARD OF. If you don’t already have one, you must get one for this season.
Sweater Dress
A great turtleneck sweater dress can cover so much ground during the fall. When you need something a little more dressy to wear but don’t want to go overboard, a long sleeve sweater dress like this one is the perfect option. The length is perfect to wear with taller boots, and the balloon sleeves add a touch of extra femininity.
Felt Hat
This is possibly the most important fall staple to have at the ready, especially for bad or dirty hair days! A wool felt hat like this creates an entire look, so you don’t have to spend hours coming up with an outfit. This is the outfit with a comfy sweater and jeans!
Mules
Fall = mules. There’s nothing better than putting on a pair of jeans and sliding on a pair of cute mules to complete a look! These Sam Edelman pointy-toed mules with a chain accent are classy and cute and outfit options based on them are endless.
Lightweight Coat
It’s not exactly time for full fall coats, but having a lightweight one on deck is smart. This Theory shawl coat is definitely a splurge, but just so stunning and the perfect material for the early fall. I love the length and how I instantly feel more chic and put together the second I slip it on.
