Holiday Sparkle at the Chicago Theatre

I will be sharing all of my outfits from Chicago in a travel guide that will be up later this week. But this, hands down, was my favorite outfit I wore during the entire trip, so I thought it deserved its own post. I love a little holiday sparkle, and the infamous Chicago Theatre was the perfect backdrop to shoot this look.

I fell in love with this skirt the second I saw it! I am not a huge skirt wearer, but I had to have this one. It’s under $80, which I love, and it also comes in a metallic gunmetal color as well. The skirt packs SO well; it seriously didn’t even wrinkle a little bit, so if you are traveling for the holidays, you need this!

You guys know I am obsessed with velvet, so I decided to pair it with a velvet bodysuit AND a velvet blazer? Too much? Never!!! The blazer is also under $100 and I know I will wear it the entire holiday season! It’s such a great layering piece.
