The Venu Sq is Garmin’s newest addition to their smartwatch family, and I am loving mine so much. Truth be told, a new fitness watch is exactly the motivation I didn’t know I needed. Since moving into the new house, you can imagine that stress has gone up and staying with my health and fitness program took a major backseat. Moving is one of the (if not the most) stressful life events, so I wasn’t shocked to realize I’ve gained about 10 pounds since we embarked on this journey!
But I’m not stressing. I know what I need to do to get back on track, and I’m so thankful for amazing gadgets like the Garmin Venu Sq to help me do just that. There are too many amazing features to list about this smartwatch—it does everything a fitness smartwatch should do and then some!
