Happy Wednesday, Loves!
I am so happy that we’re halfway through the week. This week has been a rough one over here. The air conditioning in our office decided to break on Monday… lovely… and as a result I’ve had THE most horrible migraine. Mix that with a nasty head cold… I mean YUCK. #justkeepingitreal
But who wants to hear about that?!? No one!!! So onto what matters…
Joe and I just got home from the doctor’s office, and after weeks of keeping this a secret, we are SO excited to tell you that we are expecting our second child!!! EEEEE!!!! My due date is February 14th – a Valentines Day baby – gah!!! We are SO in love already, and SO over the moon.
I have a week left of my first trimester – and I can’t wait to share everything with you through this journey. My first pregnancy, with William, I didn’t know what to expect. It was exciting, but it was scary at the same time. This, being the second time around, I feel like I have a little more wisdom to impart, and I hope you enjoy my pregnancy posts as they come. Something else I am going to do this pregnancy are “pregnancy update posts” – and they’re going to be EXTREMELY open and honest. From the weight I’ve gained, to the body changes I’m experiencing, to the weird cravings I’m having… I’m going to share it all. I’ve seen a lot of other bloggers do this and I have always enjoyed their updates, so I figure you might enjoy mine as well! Yes?!? No?!? Any pregnancy posts you’d really love to see? Please let me know in the comments… I am open to anything! Really I’m just so happy, and so excited to share this pregnancy more than I did with my first.
In the coming weeks I’ll be sharing all my tips/ tricks for the first trimester, as well as posting about what the past 13 weeks have been like for us. But that’s for next week…
