Happy October, Everyone!!!!
I have no idea how we are already here, but I am HERE FOR IT! The temps finally dipped down where we are and it is TRULY sweater weather! We are obsessed! This month’s Amazon favorites has a ton of fun stuff on it. From our favorite new office supplies, to things for the home, to beauty products, to chunky sweaters – there is a little bit of something for EVERYONE from Emily’s October Amazon Favorites. I know you will love all of these items just as much as I do.
Shop Emily’s October Amazon Favorites:
Space Heater:
Our office space is SUPER cold. We are in a shared office environment with a bunch of other freelancers, so we needed a little something to warm us up in the winter months. I ordered this heater and it is totally perfect. I used to have a space heater at my old office too – not much has changed! 🙂 I LOVE this thing SO much – and that’s why it made the list of Emily’s October Amazon Favorites.
Sherpa Blanket:
These blankets are SO warm. I was looking for something to snuggle with at the office – I just love being warm and cozy – and this blanket is TRULY the best! It comes in a ton of adorable colors too! I also love that there is a velvety side AND a sherpa cozy side.
Heated Mattress Pad:
I feel like the theme of this Amazon Favorites is how cold I always am. The past two items are all about warmth and here we go again. My husband runs SUPER hot, so I love that this mattress pad has two separate zones. One for him and one for me. It is so relaxing and it makes me feel like I am laying down on a massage table.
Chunky Sweater:
I showed up to whole foods yesterday and Ashley was like “WHERE DID YOU GET THAT SWEATER???” It really is just so cute and you cannot beat the price. I got my normal size. Size small.
Eyelash Shirt:
This shirt was on my “reccomended for you” section in my Amazon homepage and I am so glad I bought it. You all went CRAZY for it! It is just $11 – SO cute – and it looks super edgy under blazers for fall.
Sheets:
I have posted about these sheets SO many times, but I just had to order the twin sets for the boys’ new room at the house. I love them SO much, they are SO inexpensive and such great quality.
Microfiber Washcloths:
I use these washcloths every single night and I am so happy to say that hundreds of you have made the switch! These washcloths = Better cleansing. If you have blemish prone skin, these are for you. They help get all that makeup and grime off of the skin. How they work: Use a damp washcloth at night with your favorite cleanser to remove makeup and daily grime. They come in a pack of 12 so I use a new one every night and then wash them in the washing machine on the weekends.
House Slippers:
Our new house is going to be a shoe free zone – so I am getting packs of these for us and the kids. Also if we have house guests, these will be in every closet. I just think it’s nice to have something to offer people if you’re going to make them remove their shoes and these are a great option. They also make them in kids’ sizes.
Ghost Chair:
These are the chairs we ordered for the office and we love them. Are they the most ergonomic things in the world? Probably not. But they are very comfortable for sitting and they look amazing.
Hair Clips:
I have SO many baby hairs from the kids and these clips help tame them. I literally just slide them over the baby hairs in the morning… leave on for 30 minutes… and my hairs stay so much flatter. For the best results I sleep with them in too!
White Rug For The Office:
This is the rug that I put in our office and I am so in love with it. The texture is perfect!
Slippers:
These slippers are so soft, so cute, and so cozy. I am gifiting them along with the sherpa blankets to SO many of my friends this holiday season. You really can’t beat the price point either.
Stick Vacuum:
So I bought this vacuum on the recommendation of another blogger. I figured – heck – why not? William can use it to help around the house. On first use I was SUPER disappointed. But then I realized that NO $22 vacuum is going to be my Dyson. And that is ok. What I’ve realized after having it for nearly a month is that I reach for it CONSTANTLY. Maybe it’s kid’s food that I don’t want to clog my dyson… or maybe its just a bundle of Henry hair … or maybe the kids dumped glitter all over the kitchen floor. Whatever the case may be… this thing is a godsend. And once I got past the fact that it’s not my Dyson – we were ALL good!
Velvet Hangers:
These are the only hangers I allow in my closet. They are SO much more affordable from Amazon than anywhere else!
Ruffle Top:
This ruffle top is absolutely adorable! I cannot wait to wear it with my new Spanx cropped pants!
Midi Dress:
I thought we were going to get a couple more weeks of nice fall weather in… so I bought this amazing midi dress. Thankfully it is warming up a little bit.
Bow Face Washing Headbands:
LOVE using these on days when I don’t care about messing up my baby hairs! They keep all my hair around my face perfectly dry while I wash my face.
Amber Bottles:
We’re going for a SUPER monochrome look in the new house, so I want to put all of our soaps, shampoos, and conditioners in amber bottles. I got these small ones for water to tame my baby hairs and for lavender water for my sheets!
Cowl Neck Sweater:
You all went crazy over this cowl neck sweater. And I get it. It’s good. This brand of sweaters is my ABSOLUTE favorite on Amazon. The material is SUPER soft, they wash really nicely, and they just look SO much more expensive than they actually are!
Scalloped Sweater:
This scalloped sweater is just SO beautiful! I love it!
Striped PJS:
You all went nuts over these PJS when I wore them on stories. They’re under $30… SUPER cute… and very soft. I LOVE them. I will probably gift these, a candle and the sherpa blanket to friends this holiday season! That is how much I love them!
Lypo-Spheric Vitamins:
These vitamins are amazing and they give me SO much energy! They supposedly deliver the vitamins to your cells in a more effective way. SO COOL!
Foot File/ Heel File :
Trust me when I tell you – if you’re not using one of these – you have disgusting heels and you just don’t know it. This foot file or heel file gently removes all that dull dead skin and leaves your feet/heels feeling silky smooth every day!
Leather Joggers:
These leather joggers are SUPER cute and right on trend!
Leopard Sweater:
This leopard sweater is perfectly oversized and hits right where it should so you can easily wear it with leggings!
VNeck Sweater:
Like the cowl neck sweater above… this sweater is made by my FAVORITE Amazon sweater retailer. Under $35, comes in a couple colors, and it will be a closet staple for you. Trust me!
Rain Jacket:
This rain jacket is ADORABLE and under $50. Plus the reviews on it were amazing and it comes in a ton of colors!
