I am uhhh-bsessed with this lace up trend. Ever since I laid eyes on this Reformation dress, I was in love. However, that one was a little out of my price range. So, I was thrilled when I found one that was basically half the price! I am not the only one who is obsessed with this lace up style, see here, here and here. Reformation was also famous for this bodysuit, which is along the same lines as the dress. The lace up trend is the perfect amount of sexiness without being over the top.
It was my first time shopping the Motel brand, and it definitely won’t be my last. I love the amazing on-trend styles for such affordable prices. I am already eyeing this dress for my trip to Hawaii next month!
Since I got this dress, I have been wearing it non-stop. I have already worn it to two events, the Barry’s Bootcamp grand opening of their new location in the Marina district of San Francisco and New Years Eve. There is just something about the lace up accents that differentiates this style with every other little black dress. If you have been following along, you know that once I find something I love, I purchase a lot of the same thing. Well, earlier this week I “accidentally” bought two lace up shirts with similar vibes as this dress. I posted one of them on my Snapchat, so if you’re not following me, you need to be (@ashleyzeal)!
I have had this vintage Armani fur jacket for YEARS, wearing it always feels like such a treat. I leave it at my parents house and usually only wear it when I’m home for the holidays. I know I will be keeping this tradition for many years to come.
Love this dress! It looks like the Reformation dress you linked to is only $118 now though! Not too bad 🙂
