To say my life has been busy recently is an understatement. January wasted no time kicking my ass! To be honest, I don’t even have time to plan my outfits, or put too much thought into them.Grad school just started back up, I got the flu, I am getting ready for a trip to Hawaii, and I am a bridesmaid in my friends’ wedding. Not to mention my friend Rachael got me addicted to the game, “Trivia Crack” (seriously though, have you played?) I know I know, #whitegirlproblems. My friends are Indian, so the wedding is actually a 10 day celebration– more posts on that soon! I can’t wait to share pictures of our outfits, all of the amazing colors and the beautiful venues they picked out.
With all of that being said, it is nice to have things in your closet that you can just throw on and have an effortless outfit ready to go. This shirt from the Gap has done that for me so many times. I recommend that everyone have a chambray or denim shirt in their closet. I wear this all of the time- to work, to dinners, with leggings, with white jeans, with shorts, the list goes on and on. This affordable shirt has lasted me forever, can be worn with anything and comes in many different variations.
I love this post. If you don't have a chambray shirt in your closet, who are you? haha. I wear mine so much I finally had to sew on new buttons because they kept popping off! HA. Guess that means I need to invest in more!
Thanks for sharing.
