Another year, another faux fur vest. I seriously have a thing for fur vests. Emily and I have been rocking them since high school, you all remember the one that SJP wore in the Gap Christmas ads like forever ago? It’s been love ever since. See last year’s fur vest post here.

This year, I wanted to get one that was a little less puffy so I could incorporate it into more outfits. I am so happy I ordered this vest! It comes in black and churro (a beautiful sand color). It’s the perfect layering piece and I plan on wearing it all winter long. This one has more of a sweater vibe so it feels more casual and easy to wear. And for only $105- I’m not complaining. I am already planning on wearing this vest to Thanksgiving dinner with my boyfriend’s family.
These photos were shot outside of one of my favorite restaurants in the city: Bix. It’s perfect for date night, a special occasion or even a random night if you feel like treating yourself. If you do end up visiting, get the lobster spaghetti or the truffle burger (the deviled eggs are a favorite too!). It’s located in a tiny alley called Gold St- it’s always so gorgeous at night, but this was my first time visiting this street during the day. And I’m so happy I did- all of the gorgeous brick and the quietness of the neighborhood was everything I love about San Francisco.
