How does INNOVO work?
You get your INNOVO package in the mail and it all takes about an hour to get set up from there. It is SO easy. You plug in the power source to charge – that takes the longest. Then you spray the contact solution and skin prep on the inside of the bike shorts on the electrodes. Then you put the bike shorts on, connect the power source cables to the shorts (they are color coded) so you can’t mess it up… and then you start your treatment. It is recommended that you stand for the treatment, but you can absolutely do the treatment in a reclined position too!
What does it feel like?
It’s not painful at all. On the lowest setting it feels like a gentle tingle. On a medium setting it feels like your butt muscles are clenching. On the correct setting – for my size 3 shorts that is a setting 42 – it feels like you are doing a full kegel exercise. You can feel your pelvic floor contract. It truly is amazing. I stand at my kitchen counter and wear them and type out my blog posts. It takes 30 minutes a day but because I can multitask while I am doing it – it feels like absolutely NO time at all! It just feels like your muscles are contracting and working without you signaling them to do so. You can also do it lying down before bed. Your options are endless with INNOVO – it really is incredible.

How long do you have to use INNOVO to see results?
30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 3 months. Some women will experience results sooner than others, obviously depending on the severity of your situation. I have been wearing mine for two months now and I am definitely seeing and feeling results! In fact, I was just at a trampoline park with my kids last week – and for the first time in 4 years… NO ISSUES! FYI after the 3 months, they recommend that you use the product 1-2 times per week for 30-minutes to maintain your pelvic floor strength.
