In just a few weeks, it will be March (what?!) which equals spring which equals spring cleaning and updating! I’m totally in that mode at the moment, especially since we’re coming up on the year anniversary of lockdown/quarantine/whatever you want to call it. I’m jonesing to refresh our surroundings to feel a sense of change and newness and wanted to share the ways I’m doing just that!

Spring Home Refresh: Just Purchased
Picture Frames
I printed out a ton of photos of Baby Joe to make a little photo wall for his birthday and I wanted to get some cute frames to display them in! I love how heavy and well-made these are, plus, they’re neutral enough to match any home!
Whitewash Bowl
This is such a gorgeous display bowl for the kitchen countertop. The hand-carved jagged rim is such an eye grabber and makes this bowl so unique, and the whitewash finish is chic and fresh. A perfect place to start for a spring refresh!
Lava Ash Wall Art
This art piece was made from volcanic ash and stone and mixed with resin to form origami-like tiles and create this stunning wall art! It’s such a statement piece and, better yet, can be hung vertically or horizontally depending on your space and what you like.
Delphine Buffet
I am obsessing over this stunning Delphine Buffet. It’s multi-use, so there’s no end as to how you can utilize this in your space. It has a solid marble top with wood frame and metal legs that are adjustable depending on your floor level. The feather gray is so stunning with the gold hardware—this investment piece is completely worth it!
Cloud Cotton Sham
Cloud Cotton Duvet Set
I love Parachute so much and have been meaning to get some new bedding from them, so this spring refresh posed the perfect opportunity! The Cloud Cotton pillow shams and duvet set are light and airy, just like a cloud and perfect for spring. It’s Turkish cotton and literally the softest material I’ve ever slept on and under!
Decorative Wood Arches
I love how easy and playful these wood arches are. They come in a set of 3, so you can either stack them to create your own display or use them separately where you see fit. They’re just a simple yet aesthetically pleasing addition that breathe minimal yet chic decor into a room.
Weylyn Candelabra
Can you be in love with a candelabra? Because I am. Brooklyn-based designer, Virginia Sin, designed and handcrafted this out of her apartment, and the stoneware is so gorgeous and sturdy. It’s the coolest minimalist piece that you can leave out year-round, not just for special occasions.
Tower Sculpture
I needed something tallish to go on top of the buffet, and thought this was super fun. It kind of has wizard of oz vibes, but I like it!
If that’s all I’ve gotten for my spring refresh so far, here’s what in my cart and I’m waiting to make the final decision about.
In my cart:
Crystal Cheese Knives
Do I need these? Maybe not. But do I need them? Yes. They’re organically shaped knives crafted from a power gemstone and plated in silver or 24-karat gold, making them the most glamorous cheese knives maybe ever.
Taper Candles
You can never have too many cool candlesticks—that’s why these are in my cart. I love the twist design and that they’re handcrafted in Italy. Still looking for the perfect candles to go inside my new fancy candleabra.
Woven Floormat
Rugs and mats truly bring a room together, and this woven floormat in white and grey from West Elm is waiting patiently in my cart right now. It’s available in a variety of sizes and would be the perfect light springtime vibe for any room.
Olive Tree with Planter
When it comes to a spring refresh, the more greenery the better, real or fake! This faux olive tree is amazing quality and comes in a big white planter to really hone that light and airy springtime vibe.
Maya Terra Cotta Planter
On the subject of planets, I’ve been eying these terra cotta ones from Pottery Barn hard. They’re gorgeous and I love the handles.
Scallop Marble Hurricane
This is on backorder until early March, and I can see why. It’s so good! The marble base is stunning and makes this clear glass hurricane standout even more. I’m willing to wait for it!
Acrylic Frames
I absolutely love the look of acrylic frames, especially these. They’re available in 3 sizes, so you can mix and match which is a great aesthetic. A simple way to refresh some counter space for spring!
Taper Candle Holder
Another candle holder? I know, I have a problem. But it’s so cool and made of cement! It would look anywhere—bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Such a great piece.
Zelda Mirror
How freaking cool is this mirror?! The texture makes it such a statement piece, and I love that you can hang it vertical or horizontal depending on your space. The price is amazing, too!
Thom Floor Vase
These are so attention-grabbing and perfect for displaying your larger plants. Plus, they double as bold statement pieces when they’re empty.
Crackle Ceramic Vase
These are sold separately or in sets of 2, 3, or 5! Perfect accent pieces to place around your living space.
Iron Vases (set of 3)
Love this neutral color palette so much. They’re heavy-duty iron, too, which means they’ll last a while and make such a statement wherever they live inside your home!
