Protecting Our Skin – With Supergoop!

Reno, Nevada Blogger, Emily Farren Wieczorek of Two Peas in a Prada shares how she uses Supergoop! products all year long!

As you all know – Ashley and I are passionate about taking care of our skin. Whether it’s finding the perfect eye cream, or how to use the most amazing new serum, or wearing the best SPF we can find… we strive to do everything we can to protect, nourish, and love our skin.

That is why we use Supergoop! EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Shop Supergoop!:

Supergoop! is an amazing skin protection line. We have been obsessed with their Unseen Sunscreen and regular sunscreen… but they recently branched out and created a line of children’s sunscreens as well! For the past month I have been testing their line on my family – and I am so excited to be able to talk about how amazing their products are – and how my family uses them.

Here are all of our favorite Supergoop! products…. what they do… and why we love them SO much!

Supergoop! Products We Love:

Unseen Sunscreen: Ashley and I love the Unseen Sunscreen because it doubles as an SPF and a primer. It really is the gift that just keeps on giving. We put it on as the last step in our morning skincare routine before we start applying our makeup!

Glow Stick SunscreenWe love this Sunscreen because it is so easily transportable, it goes on clear, and I love putting it on my kids because it is so easy to spread. This stick is a MUST HAVE in every woman’s bag! It is so silky smooth – you will absolutely love it!

Sunnyscreen Collection: This is Supergoop!’s new line for kids. The products are SO amazing – and our kids don’t mind putting on sunscreen because all the formulations go on so easy. They also don’t smell like your typical sunscreen – Supergoop! products in general have a  more citrusy, mild scent than other sunscreens. What my family also loves about the Supergoop! collection – and especially the kids collection is that the lotions don’t run into their eyes when they go swimming after applying it. As you know – my children live at the lake and at the pool. We need sunscreen that protects them from the sun, stays put in the water, and also feels nourishing on their skin. Supergoop! truly checks all those boxes for us. The collection features three 100% non-nano mineral formulas – lotion, stick, and spray – and they are also fragrance-free, silicone-free, hypoallergenic and easy to apply. The SPF 50 lotion for face and body is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes – that is exactly what this family needs! Like I said – I have been using this lotion on my kids all summer long, and they are outside CONSTANTLY. It really, really works.

Sunscreen Oil:   This oil is what I like to take with me when I go on vacation. It spreads easily and keeps your skin hydrated and supple. I know it is counterintuitive to think of an oil as as sunscreen – but Supergoop! is SO amazing – they bring you the best of both worlds!

Everyday Sunscreen SPF 50: This is our everyday sunscreen that we keep in our bathroom. Joe and I actually use this as our daily moisturizer! As I said, skin protection isn’t something I take lightly, and I make sure our whole family is covered before we head out the door every morning!
